"Shuttle wait was way longer than I expected"
I ended up waiting about 40 minutes for the shuttle, which felt way too long. Compared to other places I’ve used where the shuttle shows up quickly, this was frustrating. I don’t think I’d do it again.

Yikes. The parking area just felt kind of sketchy, and I couldn’t stop worrying about my car the whole time. I didn’t notice any clear security around either. Nope, I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there again

"Signs could be a little clearer"
The parking itself was totally fine, but when I first got there the signs were a bit confusing. It’s kind of hard to describe, but I wasn’t completely sure where I was supposed to enter or where the ezway parking area actually started, so I ended up circling around once. Not a big deal, just a little unclear at first. Overall it was an okay experience, but better signs would definitely help...

"Confirmation was a bit confusing"
The confirmation part wasn’t super clear to me. I’m not sure how to explain it, but I felt like I had to double-check things because it wasn’t obvious what was confirmed.

I checked ezwayparking because I was hoping it would help me save a little money, but the prices I found were actually higher than a few other parking sites I compared it with.
For what they were offering, it just didn’t feel worth it. I don’t mind paying a bit more if the service is better, but when I had questions, it also felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership or give a clear answer.
I ended up booking somewhere else for less. Maybe it works for some people, but for me the pricing was a big letdown and the lack of accountability didn’t help.

"Phone support really needs to be better"
I called twice and ended up waiting way too long both times. When I finally got through, the person on the phone sounded rushed and didn’t clearly answer my question about parking. It was frustrating, and I would’ve expected at least an apology for the long wait and the lack of clarity.

"Check-in was confusing and took way too long"
I spent what felt like forever trying to check in, and the whole process was just a mess. Nobody really explained what I was supposed to do next or where I needed to go, so I was just standing around waiting and guessing. It would’ve been a lot less frustrating if the next steps were actually clear.

I had a question about my booking, so I emailed them. They got back to me later that day, which wasn’t super quick, but the reply was literally helpful and easy to understand. They fixed the issue and explained everything clearly. Overall, good support, I just wish the response had been a bit faster.

"Shuttle showed up faster than I expected"
I was happy with how quick the shuttle came. I barely had time to get my bag settled next to me before it pulled up, both on the way to the airport and when I came back. The timing was the little thing that stood out to me, no standing around checking my phone every two minutes. Super easy, low-stress experience overall

The location is close to the airport, which was convenient. The pickup did take longer than I expected, though. It’s not even about that being a huge problem, but after a flight you’re just kind of ready to get going. Overall it was okay.

"Changing my reservation was easy, but also kind of a hassle"
I had to update my reservation and, to be fair, it did get sorted out in the end. The process wasn’t exactly hard, but somehow it still felt more confusing than it needed to be. I wouldn’t call it a bad experience, but I also wouldn’t say it was smooth. Just wish the steps were clearer so it didn’t take as long as it did.

I booked my parking on ezwayparking.com and the checkout was really easy. I didn’t have to click around a bunch, the payment went through fast, and my confirmation showed up right away. It was a super simple process overall with no issues at all. I’d definitely use it again.

"Fees should be shown upfront"
Booking with EZ Way Parking was straightforward, and the parking itself went fine. I got my spot, the shuttle was decent, and there weren’t any major problems with the actual service.
What bothered me was seeing the final price change once the fees appeared near the end. I don’t think that’s the fairest way to handle it, people should know what they’re paying before they’re basically ready to check out. It wasn’t a disaster, but it did leave a bad taste.

I was just trying to book a parking spot, and the site kept taking forever to load. Not sure if it was my connection or the site, but either way, it got annoying quickly. The payment did go through eventually, so at least that part worked, but then the confirmation took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just one of those little frustrating experiences when you’re trying to get something simple done and move on with your day
